Carrick graduated from the University of Westminster with a first in 2016. He is interested in reducing waste by driving out design and construction inefficiencies and encouraging off-site manufacture.
During his year out, Carrick worked at Grimshaw Architects in London where he worked on a variety of large scale award-winning projects.
At the LSA, Carrick will continue working here and further his research in sustainability in the built environment by looking at how materials are specified and used.
Out of the studio, Carrick likes to play sport when he can. He has previously rowed competitively for Marlow and represented England in a men’s quad.
