Philip Turner

Second Year Design Tutor

Philip graduated from the Bartlett and joined AHMM in 2001. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including the Johnson Building and Tea Building, and was the Project Architect responsible for design and site supervision of Sunshine House child development centre in Peckham.

Philip became an Associate Director in 2008 and currently manages a range of high profile projects across different building sectors. After development of the Residential Masterplan for the 2012 Athletes’ Village, Philip and his team completed Chobham Academy, an award-winning all-ages school. Recent projects include a new mixed-use building at 61 Oxford Street, two projects for The Crown Estate as part of their regeneration of Regent Street, and three buildings in Alconbury, including a new primary school.

Philip provided Diploma tutoring at the Bartlett School of Architecture for five years, before leading the AHMM Unit at Greenwich University School of Architecture from 2012 to 2015.
