Tessa is co-director of newly established OEB architects, and has many years of experience working as an architect in London, often on projects in sensitive historic environments. For the last five years she was a project architect at Karakusevic Carson Architects, leading the recently completed flagship office and studio building ‘the Record Hall’ in Hatton Garden for Workspace Group, as well as working on housing projects in London and New York. She has previously worked at 6a Architects and East, where she gained experience on urban design for the Northern Olympic Fringe. She has taught Architecture at UCA Canterbury, as well as being a visiting critic at the Cass, Central Saint Martinis, and Brighton University. She studied at UCL, the RCA, and Edinburgh University, where she co-founded a voluntary self-build group that has completed charitable projects in London and Central Europe.
