Luke Lupton

Luke has been an architect at Herzog and De Meuron for 3 years, working in the London and Basel office on numerous large-scale cultural and educational projects, including the new Royal College of Art in Battersea. Prior to this he worked at Studio Daniel Libeskind in Zurich and spent time working and teaching in the USA. Luke studied at Newcastle University and the Bartlett School of Architecture, where he was awarded the Sir Andrew Taylor Prize, Bartlett Medal and Distinction in Design. Luke has recently started teaching in second year at the LSA. He’s currently establishing his own practice in London, using intuition and iteration to realise architectures of particularity to people and place.
