DTT Leader — Symbiotic Cities
Holly joined PDP in 2016 and has been involved in a number of heritage, conservation based residential and mixed-use projects with experience across all RIBA work stages. She is currently leading a complex structural package on a series of Grade I & Grade II listed buildings in central London. Her interest in conservation has led her to further study a RIBA Conservation Course and she is working towards joining the Conservation Register. Holly enjoys the complexity of developing sensitive and innovative strategies for upgrading heritage buildings, resolving technical details and solutions to retain original concept design all the way through to construction.
With an interest in all aspects of the practice and business development, Holly is leading a number of practice wide initiatives. These include youth outreach, workshops and mentoring of young students through various partners such as the City Centre, NLA and RIBA. Holly is a passionate advocate of promoting architecture and the built environment to under-represented groups and is a member of the practice diversity working group. Holly is the Head of Academic Engagement at PDP and is responsible for developing and managing a programme of events and activities to enhance the firm’s connections in academia and research. She has recently developed a cross-practice initiative to promote and share information and research within the practice and online.
