Emily studied architecture at the Manchester School of Architecture where she also helped to set up the successful Before You’re 30 informal lecture series, and was elected to represent students nationwide as RIBA Student Representative.
Prior to the LSA, Emily worked in London and Winchester on various scales from a country park visitor centre, down to the humble family home. In 2014, Emily co-founded Pea Studio with its first commission, a contemporary residential conversion in Warwickshire.
When she’s not drawing buildings you can find her outdoors on an adventure of some kind, cycling or discovering how another culture drink their coffee. Emily now works at Duggan Morris Architects where she enjoys making a lot of models and is currently undertaking a housing research project.
