LSA Overview
The London School of Architecture is an independent higher education provider registered through the Charity Commission as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).
We currently offer a single academic programme: a two-year postgraduate Masters in Designing Architecture. The Programme is prescribed by the Architects Registrations Board and validated by the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Job overview
We are a small school with a big mission; the LSA is seeking a collaborative, collegiate and, above all, meticulous registrar to take on our registry services. This year we welcomed our eighth cohort of students – and we hope that the right candidate can work with our team to maintain and develop our strong administrative practices in line with our strategic aims.
The LSA Registrar is a core member of the operations team in the School. You will be responsible for administrative oversight of all registry matters for the School, current and developing programmes, ensuring that the LSA is working within its agreed regulatory frameworks and contractual agreement with its academic partner, the University of Liverpool.
The LSA Registrar is central to ensuring the School’s operations, administrative databases and registry systems are robust and accurate, to guarantee the School has excellent standards of governance, with transparent and regular information flows. You will ensure students and faculty, as well as our wider Practice Network, are well informed and aware of the academic and support mechanisms available to them.
