Mikhail Riches to discuss Stirling Prize-winning Goldsmith Street at the LSA
Join Mikhail Riches for an evening at the LSA discussing Goldsmith Street, touching on the project’s initial design principles of environmental considerations, along with the social aspects and landscape design of the scheme.
Goldsmith Street won the Stirling Prize in 2019. The 100 low-energy homes on Goldsmith Street were designed by London-based studio Mikhail Riches and British architect Cathy Hawley for Norwich Council. They were designed to PassivHaus standards and together, form seven terraced blocks and compose a calm, pedestrian-friendly, low-rise estate.
