Maxim Sas — High Tide (for Change)

High Tide is an infrastructural intervention, a series of hydroelectric power plants along the central segment of the River Thames. It connects localities of radically different economic make up, provides sustainable transport links for London – and Rotherhithe in specific – and reintroduces much needed ecologies to the city. Most importantly however, High Tide reclaims the River Thames as public amenity for the citizens of London, through a plethora of public programs enabling meaningful interactions with the river in an urban environment.
